Pays delayed for American Samoa government workers27 Sep 11 Laborstart Hundreds of American Samoa government employees who receive their pay by direct deposit are angry and frustrated because their paycheques are not in their bank accounts. The money should have been there at midnight Friday but as of noon yesterday, their accounts have not been credited.
