Worker crushed to death in Tulkarem stone factory

Tulkarem – Ma’an – A worker was killed on Sunday evening when a lifter collapsed on him in a stone factory in the village of Zeita, north of the West Bank city of Tulkarem.

Palestinian police told Ma’an that 39-year-old Ammar Salim Hassan, who was from the village of Deir Al-Ghusun, was killed when the vehicle crushed his head.

Police added that they opened an investigation into the incident.
